Duthie Gallery is one of Salt Spring Island’s leading contemporary art spaces, exhibiting fine art, sculpture, landscape works, and studio furniture by prominent Pacific Northwest artists including Michael Dennis, David Robinson, Deon Venter, Judith Currelly, Richard Tetrault, Brent Comber, Rosalie Matchett, Benita Sanders, and Gerda Lattey. The gallery is complemented by a one-acre outdoor sculpture park, where large-scale installations sit along forested pathways and, in summer, become part of the illuminated Night Gallery open nightly in July and August from 9–11pm. With seasonal hours that include spring weekends and extended summer openings, Duthie Gallery offers visitors an immersive indoor–outdoor art experience that reflects the creativity and natural beauty of Salt Spring Island.
