Many artists and organizations are using more and more complicated systems to operate. We’ve all had the struggle of trying to figure out something that is new, and this can be hard for anyone who isn’t used to technical systems. Arts BC is trialling a new Tech Helpdesk that will provide a 30-minute FREE support Zoom call for your technical issues. This is a free program as part of our THRIVE Digital series running until March 31, 2023.

What kind of tech issues could you ask for support? Any!

  • Need help understanding Microsoft Office or Office 365?
  • Your website is not working and your tech folks are away?
  • You are trying to figure out your ticketing software?
Don’t hesitate to ask for support!

Some things to know

  • Not every issue can be handled in 30 minutes, but you will have a start. Should you wish for more time, you can directly contract one of the technicians at $100/hr.
  • Please do some homework so that you can show you have tried first yourself.
  • Given the hope that we will support many artists and organizations, we will reserve the right to limit your technical support requests
  • This is a trial program, so we will be learning along with you what is needed. The point is to support you, so let’s try together to make this work!
