Arts BC Conference 2022 Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in participating in Arts BC Conference 2022. As we are coming out of the pandemic, we understand that plans might change and you may not be able to join us. We hope that you find the following information helpful.

Refund and Exchange

Should you be unable to attend the Conference due to COVID health concerns, we ask you to please consider:

  • donating the value of your ticket (for which you would receive a tax receipt); or
  • transferring your ticket to a member of your organization/individual, if applicable.

In the event that neither of the above options are available to you, you may reach out to us at [email protected] for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same format as original payment.

Event Cancellations

Should we be required to reschedule or cancel the event due to any factors or causes outside of our control, no action is required on your part. Our team will follow up with details and the next steps as soon as possible. In the case of rescheduling, your conference fees will be applied to that event. In the case of full cancellation, your conference fees will be fully refunded.

Respectful and Inclusive Workplace 

Building and maintaining respectful workplaces is a shared responsibility for all of us. At Arts BC, we’re committed to fostering work and learning environments that are respectful and inclusive. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence at our events, and we will take appropriate and immediate action in response to complaints or knowledge of violations of our policy. Please be respectful and inclusive during Arts BC events, or you may be removed without warning and without refund of your admission.
