The Intake Process
To get access to the Artists Legal Outreach Clinic program, please fill out and submit the intake form below. Once submitted, reviewed and cleared of conflict check, you will be contacted by the ALO team to arrange an appointment to meet with a clinic volunteer lawyer. All sessions takes place remotely via Zoom or phone. Please allow at least 7 days for a response from the ALO Clinic team after making a submission.
Do you need to fill out the Film Questionnare? If you are someone working in film or have legal questions related to film, you are required to also complete the Film Questionnare after filling out the intake form.
