Eligible Voters: Individual and Full Members

Important Notes

  • Only Individual and Full Members are eligible to vote provided your membership is current (i.e. paid) on May 14/19. Your membership must also be current on the AGM date.
  • If you would like to verify that your account is current, or you’d like to renew your membership online, you can log into our online membership platform HERE. If you are unsure of the email address used to log in, please contact us and we’ll be able to assist you.
  • We recommend that you renew your membership online if possible as mailed in membership renewals may not reach our office by the May 14/19 eligibility date.
  • You will receive more information about joining the meeting via Zoom video-conferencing when we send the official AGM notice. This service is free to you and is best accessed via laptop or desktop computer.

All applications must be received by midnight, Tuesday May 14, 2019.

  • BC Arts Council Strategic Opportunities Grant - The Strategic Opportunities program assists B.C. arts and cultural organizations undertake significant strategic projects to address artistic and organizational opportunities and challenges, including: support for the creation of new work (including commissioning and collaboration); innovation in or enhancement of programming activity; capacity building; organizational transition; and/or investment in small capital projects (facilities or specialized equipment).
